IF WASHINGTON IS "BROKEN", WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT AMERICAN SOCIETY?

As a new study from international mental health experts will show when made public next month, the American masses, generally speaking, including the 'well educated', are the most mis-informed, mis led, and indoctrinated national population in the industrialized world.

A well kept secret, the authors of the scholarly paper are intending to 'shake the American public out of a 200 year long trance, which has been recently exacerbated by the ease of developed propaganda echo chambers within the realm of the World Wide Web'.

The citations are long and plentiful, targeting the US popular media venues and the normative popularism of myths, legends, biased perceptions and interpretations, as 'realism'. What once was a role relegated to commercial advertising, has been adopted by the growing sophistication of the political 'Think Tanks', NGO's and social, political non profits, and critically, the American Fundamentalist leadership.

Facing difficulty in getting a green light for peer review in America, the study cites as an example, popular news entertainment media, such as CNN, presents a recent polling of the American's 'dissatisfaction', with the present Congress and Bush Administration. The editorial inference being, that both are one in the same, and the viewers respond accordingly.

The SANE comprehension comes with factual information. The Fundamentalist, known as 'conservative', 'evangelical' Americans who dislike or disapprove of GWBush, do so for reasons INCOMPATIBLE with the reasons the moderate, liberal American have for criticizing Bush. Yet, in summary expose, the national masses believe that everyone dislikes Bush, which must be for the same reasons they personally hold.
I continue to be stunned by the American short memory and infantilism. I didn’t hear the media nor the public outcry against the GOP CONTROLLED congress, who are responsible for this mess, only after the Democrats won back a few seats in both houses, but still do not have a 2/3, 3/5ths majority in Senate, did the American public assign the sins of Bush and the GOP to the newly seated Democrats. ??


If the masses are indeed sane, logical, informed and open minded, then what happens to individuals between the time of sanity as a member of general public, and the time they arrive in their newly elected seats as representatives of this public they hailed from?


If the masses are delusional, and the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT's 3 authoritative branches represent these masses, as in our Constitutional Republic, then why does one expect demonstrated sanity and logic in the public policies that are born in Washington, DC??

Washington cannot change, until the American psychological phenomenon is healed.

The prescription for this malady is a simple one. The masses must be re-educated and taught a new form of popularizing how and where to find the facts. Then, the masses will learn how to comprehend the information they are exposed to, what to filter and what to absorb.

Bias is now thought to be hard wired. Generational belief systems that form the basis for how one conjugates surroundings, experiences, are inherent parts of genometrics, as genes are modified or adapted according to stressors and responses, the modified gene is communicated to offspring.

There can be no liberty of thought, free thought, free speech, constructive debate, healthy diversity, until all people launch from the same set of basic facts.

The same media who failed to confront the GOP or the Bush Administration, regarding war policies, privatization of government and theft of the federal treasury, or the pulverizing of the US Constitution is the same media who demonizes the Clintons, Praises Barack Obama, and blames the Democrats in Congress for not 'fixing' the problems that took 7-16 years to gestate and will take 75 years to repair, if repairable.

But, for many, the media is 'liberal bias'??

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how the use of linguistics has been used to wage a war against the Americans' hard wired cerebral centers of world perspectives.

Washington is indeed broken, because the American society is broken. "Christian Values" is now a political platform. Itemized, these values include: aggressive foreign policy, protection of the capital markets at the public's expense, pro life through gestation only, nationalistic supremacy and iconization of military, low taxes in order to eliminate the domestic public programs, isolation and dividing the world into labels of friend or foe.
