Access: Ft. Bend County Civil Court Documents: Defendant GWBush Cause Number 22127
A Missouri, Texas woman, Margie Schoedinger, alleged in 2000, that Pres. G W Bush sent "assailants..to abduct" her. She claimed that Sugar Land Police responded and when they discovered who the alleged assailants were, they failed to take actions to help the woman.
Schoedinger filed a lawsuit in 2000 complaining about the lack of response and the ensuing alleged harrassment of her following the initial contact with the police, but the filing brought more disruption to her life, she dropped the case.
She refiled in the Ft Bend County Court, in 2002, alleging harassment, rape, threats to her and her family and friends, and also that she had had direct contact with the President during this time period, wherein he directly threatened her, suggesting that she "commit suicide".
Some evidence exists pointing to the fact that as a minor, Schoedinger had dated GW Bush.

President GW Bush was served the citation, in Washington, at the White House -
The defendant was not allowed her day in court, however. In Sept. 2003, Margie Schoedinger was found dead, with one bullet wound to the head. Harris County Coroner ruled it suicide.
Whether or not this woman was truly crazy, enough evidence exists that this situation caused someone in the Bush cabal to be very nervous, since evidence also exists that members of the Bush family had contacted her and her family and friends. People close to her reported that her life had become a 'true nightmare', and that she was repeatedly harassed and threatened.
Rape? who will ever know the truth? Is it worth investigating?
Rape is serious. It is always worth investigating, regardless if the alleged perpetrator is the President of the United States. Seems to me, allegations of harassment and rape caused another President to take a fall.
