For decades, the public masses have cried for 'more accountability in Washington'; yet, when the crisis of the era arises, as with the financial meltdown, McCain's rally cry of , "all hands on deck", is being derided as a political ploy.
It would seem that going to Washington, to take care of or participate in the Senatorial duties of his lifetime, is now the questionable show of public duty dedication vs political strategies for his presidential race.
Not only does Obama not feel it necessary to be in Washington to tend to Senate matters, as a representative of the state of Illinois, he is making sure Senator McCain's response to Senatorial call to duty is mocked, second guessed and criticized.
Not only does this opportunity of addressing the crisis stand as a single most profound opportunity for CHANGE, in action, as the US Congress addresses President Bush's demands for expediency, and ominous fear mongering, it stuns me that Obama is not wanting to, nor taking advantage of this once in a lifetime solution process.
I keep asking the question, if Obama cannot do the work required of the US Senator, however mundane or tedious, nor sit and even observe the work of others as a learning venue for a Junior Senator, or find the discipline to chair a meeting of his Senate Foreign Relations subcommittee, how will he tolerate the stress of the never ending demands on a President. ?
The answer I keep getting from people who have full faith and trust in Obama's abilities, has consistently been, "Obama wants to change the nation and he will do it".
Perhaps they are correct, but no matter how magical a person may be, unless pencil is applied to paper, and unless the person is in his seat when the demand is drawn, the American masses are charged with holding the President accountable, and to date, the Obama followers are remiss in their show of trust worthiness on this matter.

DNC DENVER: HILLARY IS EVERYTHING OBAMA WANTS TO BE
I won't belabor what everyone already knows: Hillary Clinton won the 2008 Democratic Primary nomination to be the Presidential candidate. Party bosses and media had other ideas, and appointed Barack Obama, who ran an abusive character assassinating campaign against Clinton.
He still lost the popular vote, and his divisive and almost sociopathic strategy was reminiscent of the 8 years of Bush divide and conquer, triangulating and "with us or against us" ultimatums.
Tonight, as the final speaker on night 2 of the DNC convention in Denver, Hillary presented a speech which should put to rest the slanderous innuendo about her allegiance and dedication to the Democrat Party, not to mention, reiterating the goals and future ideals for the Americans, which have been part of her daily avocation during 35 years in public service.
Her entrance to the stage was preceded by a short video, narrated by her daughter Chelsea, of her humble family beginnings, her 60's era social change participation and her youthful and loving gaze at her then new husband, former President Bill Clinton.
The crowd at the Pepsi Center welcomed Hillary, on their feet in a rousing and foot stomping and yelling episode which she was almost unable to break in order to start speaking. The visual was a sea of Hillary signs.
Her words were mixed with humor and addressed the need for the party division to heal and the endorsement of Barack Obama was the focus of her high minded, witty and tear jerking speech.
Her words were enough to almost convince the most ardent Hillary supporter to unite for defeat of the GOP. Her speech reminded people what they are supporting, not her, but what she stands for, the issues near and dear and now critically unattended to for the past 8 years.
The media pundits for Obama, following the speech, once again raised the divisiveness as they criticized her for "not refuting her campaign ads or comments which questioned Obama's experience". They are calling for Clinton to essentially offer an apology to Obama for the campaign, for being an opponent, for raising any light to his weaknesses.
The theme continues to be 'blame' Hillary for Obama's shortcomings, and whatever unifying feelings that were present immediately following the speech, vaporize the minute Obama's pundits open their mouths.
HERE IS WHAT DEMOCRATS NEED TO HEAR FROM OBAMA, IN ORDER TO HEAL THEIR ANGER AND MOVE ON:

One million more people chose Hillary over Obama. It is NOT Hillary's burden to shift my support from principled democracy, over to unprincipled obamatocracy.
Obama IS the problem, not Hillary. The overt, blatent and insulting hypocrisy permeating the Obama campaign and the DNC party leaders endorsing this corruption, while talking change and admittedly courting the contingiency of democrats founded in the value, 'ends do not justify means', that were ousted by the popular movement, rings hollow.
Yet, the media asked, 'Do you think she will mean what she says?' prior to her scheduled appearance on stage.

OBAMA'S CALL TO REDUCE AMERICAN'S TO INFANCY
I have tried to remain very objective about all of this. I find my frustration level and fear growing daily, feeling more and more powerless, in real ways, as tho all the dramatic predictions are actually unfolding... the sky really is about to fall.
The GOP plan didn't start with Bush. This chapter started at least 35 years ago, and to be very technical, it started 150 years ago. It's the same chapter and it includes themes of :
-rise of capital markets over capitalism, the ultimate return to sticks and stones
-removal of Americans as a production commodity value, over to a debt instrument securitized by the land itself, and the debt itself
-completed infantalization of the american core values and principles.
Washington, DC, has little power in the story where the citizens of the USA have not been reduced to infants, totally dependent on the events in DC,to determine the outcomes of daily lives. But in that story, Americans are true consumers, with the power to go without, in order to effect change, and are not delusional nor brain damaged, such that their beliefs are reflected in Washington.
The nation can wipe GWBush off the map, 50 million fundamentalist remain, and continue to be represented in the 2nd branch of government, the US supreme court. Likewise, as many far left newbie neocons who claim the flag of liberal, are also now rising to power.
The fight does not belong in Washington. The changes required for optimum constitutional governance, must happen in each of us. FIRST. No change in the Washington 'culture of corruption' until I LOOK IN THE MIRROR and ask, what am I consuming of the spoils of this corruption, of wars, of theft? Why am I paying 4.00 for gasoline? Someone holding a gun to my head?? Perhaps, culturally, but I determine the American culture and norms, as a member of a group.
Americans are not a family. But we have been reduced to the dynamics of the sickest of families with DC seen as parent and like usual, kids rebel. The obvious reality, however is I am not DC's child, and I have nothing to rebel, I simply need to stop consuming what they sell. It's called liberty, and with that comes great sacrifice and great reward. The 2 exceptions to this are Health care and legal representation.
Americans chose to become addicted to materialism, until it became a vital part of survival, as opposed to remaining convicted to standards of quality and principles, the core values of humanity that create goodness, and our own choices as a group culture dictated loss of freedoms.
Now, Americans are forced to be primary consumers, however without power or control, over the principled primary role of being Citizens, first.
Obama cannot fix anything in Washington, because he rode to this level of power on the backs of the broken paradigm that must be fixed. He took the risk of people being predictable within this culture of "they need to change, not me", and leveraged the future of the nation, in order to win. The win he wanted, he might figure out what to do after or if he gets there.
Why did Obama not show better judgement in demonizing Hillary Clinton? He was so sure he would win? But he didn't actually win, did he. Not without masterful display of hypocrisy and double standards, which the Americans didn't disappoint him in being willing to embrace.
I am just an "old, ignorant, blue collar, uneducated, Hillary hag" , who sat on college campuses 35 years ago, helping to change the face of the nation, and we called ourselves, Liberals.
We manned the soup kitchens, we wrote proposals for US reps to take to Washington, we organized and opened coffee houses filled with government documents and literature to make it easy for common folks to get the FACTS FROM THE SOURCE, (before internet), we boycotted Florida orange juice to reduce the outcry against gays, we took the fight to Reagan to help jump start research on HIV, we opened Hospices for people dying of AIDS, raised money to fund the research, we went on work strikes for Nurses, to try to equalize the pay scales without passing the burden on to the patient.......
But according to Obama, I am part of the CULTURE OF CORRUPTION, since Hillary has experience he doesn't have, and this is why I WILL NEVER ENDORSE THIS LEVEL OF ABUSE, by voting for Obama.
His arrogant but poor judgement will continually back him and the nation into a corner. This is not new stuff. Those of us old folks have seen the cycles and understand the one missing piece is 'what can I do, what must I change', that is more than pulling levers in voting booths.
If GWBUSH stole 2 elections. Obama stole the primary and it was wrong for bush and it's wrong for obama. My principles don't change when faces or corruption drama changes. Corruption is corruption and when a person rides in on the corruption that is the focus of needed change, I protest.
There is not one theme from obama that is logical or without hypocrisy. fine. but he made his platform on Hillary's 'evil ways' using language and inuendo and direct assault, that evoked shame, rage, and was more divisive and more abusive than Bush was to muslims via the right wing.
I don't feel compelled to vote for the GOP 's plan of financial surrending of the US, nor for the one who proves he cannot, has not, will not walk a talk, at a time the nation sits on a cliff.
It's time for the nation to grow up and deal with consequences of it's infantile posture. I won't be voting. Once again, I'll be saying, "I told you so" either way this election goes.
The stakes are and were much too high to play this game of 'feel good' and not look at consequences., nor reality.
Newt Gingrich is laughing himself to sleep these days. I don't blame him.

HILLARY CLINTON REPELS THE ABUSE
TURNING THE PAGE..ABUSE IS IN, CRYBABY IS OUT....AND TRYING NOT TO GET CAUGHT... JUST BLAME 'THE CLINTON MACHINE'
"Turning the Page", a now branded Obama tag line, along with, "Yes We Can", can be interpreted in very positive and inspiring themes.
However, as the pro Obama media, pundits, and fan club have demonstrated over the past few months, ends will justify means. "Yes we can" make one Barack Hussein Obama, the 44th President of the United States, even if it means using the corrupted model that is the center of focus for change.
The underlying agenda for many of the screaming fans, is they now have a hero, an advocate in their corner to defend them not against the ills of the right wing powers and Bush regime, rather, redacted to what is popularly called, the 'Hildebeast'. Bush was all Hillary's fault.
"Hillary represents the past, the Corrupt Washington Culture of abuse and inuendo, the Master of the broken Washington, and we must not move backward, we must Turn the Page ..."
This theme was the mainstay of his platform. Meanwhile, the media in all formats, from magazine to radio, including cable news entertainment and network news, polished the package and programmed themes of "Obama, the Clinton killer, hip hip hooray, the wicked witch of the east is dead, Obama won....she better not try to steal delegates, and rob the people of their votes....", they would declare as they threatened mass riots in the streets, and even though it was only March, and neither was projected to win without super delegates.
It was brilliant. It was also immoral and abusive. It was very,very old politics. All was fair as long as long as Obama killed the 'Clinton Machine'(a Newt Gingrich GOPAC design creation).
The nation's moral compass once again took a turn in the wrong direction, in the name of 'Yes we can'!!! The Hillary hating was palpable, and the Obama camp became dangerously frenzied, on the streets or online, it was high pressure tactics using simple minded people as the echo chambers.
Didn't we just spend a decade in political debates trying to confront the GOP, the right wing delusions, as they skillfully deflected to and blamed Bill and Hillary Clinton for the immorality and illegality of the Bush White House? Why did Barack Obama use this horse to ride in on, then expect no backlash?
The list of contradictions, double standards, hypocritical demonstrations from the Obama camp/Leftwing?, were frustration testers at a minimum and mega shock waves at full volume. I, personally had not yet recovered from the Bush era of political hallucinations, to be ready to withstand the next wave from my own party.
BUSH STOLE THE ELECTIONS.... OBAMA WAS ANOINTED, ORDAINED AND CROWNED, ...RIGHTFULLY.
Senator Clinton was trusting of Americans perceived grasp of the problems, enough to introduce 'inevitability' into the initial formula. The mistake was that trust in Americans' ability to be responsive to adult, direct, common sense, logical, truthful, and compassionate campaigning.
"WHOAAA...", said those that see the 'Hildebeast'...approaching.
How dare Hillary intrude on this special bonding between Senator Obama and his fan club of youth, intellectual neophyte neocons, soulfully emancipated black community, and Oprah. "Why is she still in the race?" Well, maybe because any lag was less than 1/2 of 1% behind Obama, and her electoral map wins were totalling enough to wipe the floor up with John McCain.
But this only matters if one is being truthful about wanting to defeat the GOP, vs defeating the 'Hildebeast'.
I wonder what would have happened if Obama had won Fla and Mich, and Hillary was handed his delegates. Blood in the streets??
JUST GET OVER IT.... SURELY THE DISDAIN FOR THE GOP IS ENOUGH TO BURY THE SOUR GRAPE HATCHET AND EMBRACE OBAMA....???
The abuse continues... and so does the rage. It is not about Hillary losing a primary run, rather about 'how' and 'why' and the continuing culture of corruption and blame and deflection.
The Super Delegates were under the gun not only from the Obama camp, but the DNC Convention Host Committee in Denver, to wrap it up so they could start the fundraising which they were months behind in starting. As a result of Democracy, and Hillary's insistence on standing for us with no voice, the DNC Convention has had to cancel activities, missing the June 16 $40million deadline.
Shucks!
My hat, and my sunglasses are off to Senator Clinton, who was able to repel this abuse and stand by her abuser to demonstrate her sincerity in dedication to the national interest for which the evidence is mountains high.
Unfortunately, Hillary is a much bigger person than most of us, and we will have a very hard time ignoring the absence of validation of how we were disrespected, ignored, mocked, and made subject of off color jokes.
"With us or against us....just come home and STFU"...If you love your country, you will swallow the abuse and believe you are just crazy.
OBAMA AND THE MEDIA CAN START UNITING THE PARTY IF THEY OWN UP TO THE MISCONDUCT AND OFFER AN APOLOGY.
That about sums it up. The balls rests with Obama. Not Hillary. A natural fall out of abuse is obsession with validation, justice, retribution, retaliation. It doesn't go away on command, it worsens.
It's called abuse reaction, post trauma, transference, and these psychological events do not happen in vacuums. They are induced by events experienced, witnessed, and then not validated as having happened.
Losing an election does not produce trauma unless the process is so frustrating it traumatizes the people involved.

OBAMA AND THE MEDIA CAN START UNITING THE PARTY IF THEY OWN UP TO THE MISCONDUCT AND OFFER AN APOLOGY.
That about sums it up. The balls rests with Obama. Not Hillary. A natural fall out of abuse is obsession with validation, justice, retribution, retaliation. It doesn't go away on command, it worsens.
It's called abuse reaction, post trauma, transference, and these psychological events do not happen in vacuums. They are induced by events experienced, witnessed, and then not validated as having happened.
Losing an election does not produce trauma unless the process is so frustrating it traumatizes the people involved.
